Local salami

Salami is a type of cold meat that has been enjoyed over the centuries and varies according to the area where it is traditionally made.The Bovo sausage factory has always followed the local recipe of Pianura Padana, in the province of Verona. Many choice cuts of pork belly, shoulder and ham are mixed with salt, pepper and other spices; the mixture is then stuffed in natural casings, tied, hung from a ceiling and left to cure at controlled temperature and humidity.The salami made in the Bovo sausage factory is available with or without garlic.
